d. Other helmets restrict vision, it also make people feel too confident and not being careful while they are driving so actually, it increases the number of accidents

d. Other want to be like other developed country? Common...the infrastructure in HCMC is suck and there are traffic jams everywhere. People don’t actually need to wear that with such 'speed'. It’s not kool, not fashion; I can’t even recognize my friends when I’m riding!!! ~x(. The rule should be applied on the national road only.
